Chrysler Joined the List for Car Recalls for the Month of May

DETROIT – Chrysler Group may not often make the car recalls list, but this May the automaker hit a high number with 119,072 models being recalled. With the Chrysler 300 and the Dodge Charger both having the same problem, Chrysler recalled the 2011-2012 models due to possible electrical failures.

MI Dealers See Ups and Downs for April; Who Came Out On Top?

DETROIT – Just like every month, forecasts are created for not only MI dealers but all automakers. For the month of April, many automakers did better than the forecasts and some did worse. April was also the 11th straight month that the auto industry exceeded estimates.

DETROIT – When most customers visit Michigan GMC dealers, or any dealer across the U.S., there are thoughts of which kind of vehicle to purchase whether a hybrid or a gas model. The one model customers don’t consider often is the diesel version. Currently, more than 50 percent of new cars in Europe have diesel engines while the U.S. auto market has about 3 percent.
