I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I bought a 2002 Dodge 1500 4×4 in the middle of July last year and all seemed fine until it started getting cold and I found out the heat didn’t work. How when it was 90 degrees would I know the heat didn’t work? When I called them in December they told me to bring it in so I did. They checked it out and decided they wanted $1067.00 to fix it. I just paid $13000.00 for this truck on the word that everything was in working order. Mr. LaRue the salesman was a ghost when he heard I was not satisfied. I will never deal with these people again.
I took the dash apart myself and got half of the heat back myself in about 1 hr and $0.00. I will figure it out on my own thank you Suburban Dodge.
