I wonder how well Bob Sellers does with that ‘bait and switch’ routine they do to lure a person down there. Everything I was told on the phone was a complete lie. They were given ALL of my information up front, and insisted that they could help me, when in reality, help was the last thing they wanted to do. Unless you’re loaded, the people at Bob Sellers want nothing to do with you. Save your money, and your time. These people are as crooked as they come.

Not to sound like a bad country song,.. but I just had to put my dog down, I can’t work this week because I have no vehicle, and I just can’t deal with anything else at the moment! Peter Uller in the service department has always taken good care of me and my car. He has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure everything is fixed and back to me as soon as possible. When it was time to say goodbye to my Buick Enclave, Peter referred me to salesman Bob Shonebeck who helped me think outside the box to get me into the best car for my circumstances. I bought a certified used car and Bob treated me like I bought the most expensive car on the lot.
My experiences at Sellers have been excellent. I have never left the lot feeling less than a VIP.
I can’t say enough great things about Sellers I live within minutes from a local GMC/Buick (and formerly Pontiac) dealership, but will not go anywhere else but Sellers. Whether it’s just a simple routine oil change or extensive work, the customers are always greeted with a smile and prompt service. Unlike so many car dealerships out there, the Sellers advisors do not talk down to their customers (not everyone knows how to explain that “sound” that his/her car is making in “technical” terms). Instead, they take they take the time with each and every customer and always make sure the job is done right!! Such a breath of fresh air in my opinion!! Customer service/customer care is what keeps this dealership at the top! Thanks to the great service department and its excellent customer service, I also decided to purchase my car from Sellers last year. And again, had a great experience!! Sellers is really in a class all of its own And over these past years, have earned yet another loyal customer
I appreciated the personal attention I received from a nice gentleman named Artie. He was kind and seemed very concerned and wanted me to walk away with a good experience. I don’t frequent dealerships EVER so this was a nice and welcomed surprise. IF I ever need assistance again I will definitely give Artie a call. Thanks Sellers! BRAVO!
I gotta tell ya… One of the best expierence’s I’ve ever had at a car dealership. My opinion of dealers has always been somewhat low on both the buying expierence as well as the service end… But NOT Sellers. There is no question that the next time I buy a car, new or used it will be at Sellers. I live in Waterford and have no problem droping my car off in Farmington for service… That has to tell you something about the people who work there. The absolute best!

My family has purchased or leased 12-14 vehicles from Sellers over the past 25 years and will not go anywhere else for a Buick, GMC, or Certified vehicle. They have always treated me with the upmost integrity and honesty. Jill Adams has got to be the most caring and thorough Sales Person in the industry! Tom Brown and his service team are also wonderful to deal with. They never overcommit, are realistic, do what they promise, and follow through on the repair.
Every time I visit the Sellers Quick Lube Plus, the employees are very courteous and friendly. First class service all the way! Thanks for making my visits so enjoyable.

I learned about the Buick Regal through the very nice man that does their Appraisals and before I knew it I turned in my G6 and was in a brand new Buick Regal Turbo with the help of Andrew Haller. He was very informative and knowledgeable on the Regals. Everytime I go into the dealership I’m greeted with a smile. I have had Peter Uller service my two past vehicles and am always satisfied with the service I receive. Checking out with Carla Dickow, a long time friend, makes my visit even more satisfying.
