I’d like to commend Ed Brothers for doing an exceptional job handling the entire process. He certainly knows the Buick line-up as well as some of the direct competitors strengths and weaknesses and never one did he disparage the competition, while at the same time pointed out the Encleve’s strings relative to the competitors. I initially went in looking at a few one year old lease backs, but it was Ed that convinced me to consider a new vehicle instead and I am glad I did! A very happy Art Moran and GM customer.
