Great car, lousy service. It’s the strangest dealership I’ve ever been to. The administrative service is as friendly and professional as you could possibly imagine. But when it comes to the actual servicing of your automobile, look out! I took my MKS back there 5 or 6 times, complaining of the same two problems. I even had the sales person sit in the vehicle and witness the problems and I produced video and audio that clearly demonstrated the issues to the service people. After 5 or 6 trips, I gave up. The last time I was in there, they said they had ordered a new steering column to replace one of the issues and that they’d call when it arrived. Guess what, never got a call. I spoke with the service manager on the phone about a very annoying vibration problem with the rear speakers — he promised to have a Service Engineer come to the dealership to evaluate the problem. Guess what? Never got a call back. These guys have lost my business (both new car sales and service) because they completely failed to provide even remotely reasonable customer satisfaction.
