Watching the video is quite nostalgic. It's good to see those vintage cars, especially the 1965 GTO tri power convertible (which is my favorite), in good condition. Maintaining those kinds of cars is not a walk in the park. I salute the owners for the patience and dedication they had in restoring those cars. Their beauty alone is more than enough of a reward for all the work done on them.

For some, trading in their car for a more fuel-efficient model is the best option to cope with the continuing rise in fuel prices. Having your own car is a convenience that can be difficult to give up. Good thing there are car manufacturers that cater to this growing segment in the automotive industry. More options mean more choices for the driving public.

This is the right time to turn your used car into cash because prices for used cars are going up. If you have been waiting for the opportune season to put that sedan or van out there in the market, then now would be a good time to do it. However, I do hope that the price would settle at a level that would be beneficial to both the new car economy and the used car economy. That way, healthy market competition can still be achieved.

Aside from the cars showcased, the folks seem to have enjoyed the car-simulation rides offered in the auto show. I wish I was there to try all of those! From all of the cars in the mix, the one that caught my attention the most was that black Toyota. It looks very unusual – in fact, it looks to me like a UFO! LOL. I wonder if the company has any plans to release a production model for that vehicle.

Yes the ram beat the Tundra, but.... I'll bet in the first two years you will spend enough money in repairs to the Ram, you could easily upgrade to all the options you could want and still have a running tundra. The ram you will HAVE TO REPLCE every single front end componant just to keep it on the rd. I know i bought DODGE ram 1500 . Myself being on a very limited income wanted a vehical that i not only could afford but would not have to constantly repair. I spent 10 years in the army so i havent made allot of money, nore do i get retirement like the president or other political officers who serve our country.
I MEAN IF I GOT 400000 A YEAR FOR 4 YEARS OF SERVICIE, like Those other public offices. THEN SHOULD'NT I BE GETTING SOME WHERE CLOSE TO A MILLON? IF I DID I COULD CONTINUE TO DRIVE THE RAM 15OO I HAVE BECAUSE IT TAKES EVERY DIME I HAVE TO KEEP IT ON THE RD. SO SOME ONE TELL ME WHAT WILL DODGE DO TO FIX THE TROUBLES WITH MY RAM 1500 THAT I STILL OLE ON FOR ANOUTHER 5 YEARS ON ? why not fiix the problems with the models you have already sold before marketing NEW ones that come with new problems. IS IT ONCE THE SALE IS MADE THAT GOOD OLE BOY LOYAL BUYER DOESNT MEAN CRAP. SO I POST THIS CHALLANGE TO YOU DODGE STEP UP AND FIX THE 1000'S OF US TO LOYAL CUSTOMERES WHO BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT BUT DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO KEEP PUTTING INTO THERE RAM TRUCKS. IF I DONT HEAR FROM YOU MY NEXT CHALLANGE WILL BE YOU VISTA U- TUBE FORM ,THEN SO ON AND SO ON, I WASNT TRAINED BY THE ARMY TO SIT BACK AND GIVE JUST UP, BECAUSE YOUR WALLET IS LARGER THAN US LITTLE GUYS.
I WILL FIGHT BY ALL MEANS AVAILABLE TO ME, UNTILL I CAN FIGHT NO LONGER. JOHN SAULMON

I'd like to commend Ed Brothers for doing an exceptional job handling the entire process. He certainly knows the Buick line-up as well as some of the direct competitors strengths and weaknesses and never one did he disparage the competition, while at the same time pointed out the Encleve's strings relative to the competitors. I initially went in looking at a few one year old lease backs, but it was Ed that convinced me to consider a new vehicle instead and I am glad I did! A very happy Art Moran and GM customer.

I've been dealing with brighton ford for over 6 years now , I've purchased over $ 100,000 worth of vehicles and referred over a $ 100,000 of business to them in that time frame . Just a few weeks ago I went in a bought me and my fiance vehicles from the used car lot , man I wish I knew then what I was in for . I purchased her a 2006 pontiac torrent with 80k which seemed great on the lot with a fresh oil change only to find out a week later that the oil was turning milky due to having bad intake gaskets , I purchased a 2006 F350 for myself with seemed like a good nice truck but once again a week or so later started having problems with it , for example ... When I'd roll the drivers window up the passenger side would roll down , sometimes when I hit the brakes the radio would shut off , sometimes it had a hard time starting , bad howling noise from the rear end after being on the highway for awhile . I went back up to the used car lot at brighton ford and talked to the used car manager about these issues , after expressing my concerns and about how I though when someone spends $ 22,000 on a vehicle they deserve something thats not a pile of garbage , he agreed and said they'd get me into something else and take that one back . So here I am now driving a 2006 F150 with 70k , very nice truck but once again I was in for a surprise . 3 days after I got it it died on me when I was trying to get on the highway, everytime I put the peddle to the floor the truck surges and flashes the check engine light , and this truck also has a major rear end issue which doesn't show up until driving on the highway for a few mile , come to find out it has bad friction disks in the rear end for the posi unit which makes the truck shatter when leaving a stop light or when turning and makes it impossible to pull a trailer of any kind . Needless to say I went back up there and once again talked to the used car manager about these issues , this time the only thing that happened was a $ 1,000 check to go towards repair cost after I jumped through hoops getting repair quotes . A $ 1,000 won't even cover 60% of the repairs needed to make this trustworthy to drive .

When I come to my fiance's car im not going to complian much because it was a $ 13,000 car , a couple hundred dollar repair bill won't kill me but when it come to spending $ 20- 23,000 on a truck im sorry but it shouldn't be a pile of crap regardless if its used , I think its funny that they claim all their vehicles are inspected casue obviously whoever is doing it can't do the job . I would have thought they would have helped alittle more given the amount of vehicles I've bought and the amount of people I've sent their way . I will never buy another vehicle from Brighton Ford nor will I tell anyone to go there , I'm a GM guy at heart and traded in my silverado so I could lower my payment but I guess that was the wrong thing to do . So next time im in the market for a truck , car or whatever I will go elsewhere and I don't recommend anyone going there . Besides all this they always seem to ask to much money for the used vehicles on the lot , shop elsewhere and see for yourself.
