I went to about 7 other dealerships to see who had the BEST service before I bought my 2010 Escape last June. But after talking with Jeremy (JZ), the Internet salesman at from Avis Ford, I knew this would be the final dealership I would go to. Not only did he answer every single email I sent ( and there must have been a hundred), he was also very polite, extremely knowledgeable and willing to get what I wanted. Every other dealership would tell me that I couldn’t get what I wanted and had to choose what was in their lot. But JZ special ordered exactly what I wanted!! So not only was the Pre perchase service great, the first time I got my oil changed at Avis, the whole department was real nice and fed me hot dogs, chips and a soda. Talk about amazing! I will always recommend future Ford customers to check out Avis Ford in Southfield!!
