Michigan Buick Dealers May Hear Buick is a Family Luxury Car; Buick Delivers on New Image

October 19th, 2012

DETROIT – Of the many new Buick models that have come out recently, Michigan Buick dealers know which models consumers enjoy the most: all of them. In the past, Buick has been seen as a vehicle for the older generation, but this is not the case anymore. Buick has been re-imaged to tailor to not only the younger generation but also to the consumer who is looking for a more luxury feel.

Even as the Buick following grows, Buick continues to bring new models, which account for four out of nine new General Motors models. From the compact Buick Regal to the Buick Enclave crossover, Buick is bringing option for the entire family.

Once such family is the Pember Family, with both parents and all three children owning a Buick model.

  • Scott Pember: Buick LaCrosse
  • Bonnie Pember: Buick Enclave
  • Austyn Pember: Buick Regal Turbo
  • Taylor Pember: Buick Regal Turbo
  • Cole Pember: Buick Regal

There were three main points that the family pointed out about the Buick models. First, the models have the look and feel of luxury that the members of the family were looking for. Second, the vehicles drive smoother than other vehicle makes they have experienced in the past. The third was that Buick had shifted its image from an “older generation” model to a new age model for future generations.

“Buick was the only automotive brand in the United States to reduce the average age of its buyer during the past five years, and GMC continues to attract more female buyers and – with Denali vehicles – more import and luxury owners,” said Brian Sweeney, vice president of Buick and GMC Sales and Service.

Michigan Buick dealers may enjoy offering the many different models for shoppers as much as the buyers enjoy testing driving the models they are interested in and purchasing the models they ultimately choose. As more models get released by Buick, more shoppers will be able to enjoy the luxury designs offered.
