DETROIT – General Motors has always worked with its different brands to bring customers the models that fit their lifestyles the best, and more is coming. Michigan GMC dealers may be just as excited as the many Buick dealers to offer nine new models in the next year to its many consumers across the U.S.

The first new models that will be released include the new Buick Enclave luxury crossover SUV and the GMC Acadia crossover SUV; both are coming out this fall. The other seven models to be released are the following:

  1. Buick Encore small luxury crossover
  2. Buick Regal luxury sport sedan
  3. Buick LaCrosse luxury sedan
  4. GMC Sierra full-size pickup
  5. GMC Sierra HD full-size pickup
  6. GMC Yukon full-size SUV
  7. GMC Yukon XL full-size SUV

With so many new and different options for shoppers, every consumer will be able to visit a Buick or GMC dealer to find the one that will suit them best.

It may be important for Michigan GMC dealers to note that overall General Motors will have 70 percent all-new or significantly refreshed products across its four U.S. brands in 2012-2013. GM knows that bringing more models to consumers gives each shopper more buying and vehicle options:

“While we continue to make strong progress in fuel economy gains on our full-size trucks, we know that there is a group of customers who want the functionality of a truck but may not need full-size pickup,” said Tony DiSalle, vice president of Buick and GMC Marketing. “We believe that introducing a new, agile and efficient mid-size Canyon will meet the needs of many pickup buyers.”

Michigan GMC dealers and Buick dealers can’t wait to bring the newest models to its many shoppers while helping GM push its brands to the next level.
